It is very important for me to know several things in order to give you accurate data so you can make an informed choice.: (you may be able to find some of this info on your latest year end mortgage statements

1.  Annual real estate taxes.
2.  Annual home owners insurance.
3.  Approximate value of your home.
4.  Approximate principal balance of loans against home.
5.  Current interest rate.

There are a handful of people and companies you will come in contact with that require you to pay a fee for services.  They include:

1.  Superior Mortgage Services, LLC.
2.  Stewart Title Company.
3.  Stiles Valuation Services.
4.  Bernalillo County Treasurer and County Clerk's Office.
5.  Your favorite homeowner's insurance company
6.  Possibly a surveying company.
